Revolutionary Fuel Saving Power Source

Hello;

Have you installed the new, required fuel gauge for today's engine and world economy?

With today's ever increasing cost of fuel, people can't save for the future anymore but must save for the next tank of gas.

Will cost of fuel ever go back to the good old cheap days?

Never, Never, shallow reserves are hurting, higher costs of recovery of crude from deeper reserves, increase in world demand and the ever looming danger of oil producing countries takeovers by unfriendly citizens.

What damage does pumping all this oil do to this earth?

Excellent question, as a backyard scientist, take something from the ground and it will always be refilled by something, generally water which will lead to ground water contamination, the world will have to learn to drink salt water. Crude oil could act as nature's lubrication between earth plates, aiding their movements, therefore watch out for high damaging earthquakes.

What's the solution?

Cut back on the usage of fossil fuels. In history, the stream era lasted only several 10's of years and faded away to the internal combustion engine, which still uses the same power making principle as Henry Ford used 80 some years ago. Oh it been spiced up, with such advancement as fuel injection, electronic ignition and better air supply. Still its the most inefficient source of power available. Steam is more efficient than IC (internal combustion) engines. One example of this conclusion, heat is used in steam making, heat is also made in IC engine which requires power to get rid of.

The 4-cycle engine require 75% of the energy produced to be fed back into itself to keep running. The intake and the exhaust strokes and valves require horsepower to complete their duties. While the compression stroke robs the engine of over 60% of the horsepower produced. Then outside the engine, more horsepower is required for the cooling fans and pumps and alternator.

Using our coffee shop math and engineering skills Lets build a better 8 cylinder engine, first free the engine of the 75% drag an IC engine has, by eliminating the compression stroke and other power requirements. A simple free wheeling crankshaft and pistons. Because 75% of the engine load has vanished, 2 cylinder is all is necessary to obtain the same output power. Instead of using the 4-cycle engine idea, start using the 2-cycle, this automatically cuts 1 more cylinder off. The end results being a 1 cylinder engine, using 2-cycle technology, which should be a hugh fuel saver.

Time to introduce you to a new revolutionary designed compressed air, fuel, external combustion engine (CAFEC Engine). The CAFEC engine is designed in 3 modules or sections. Each depending on one another, starting at the flywheel, there is the Power Transmission Module (PTM). The PTM, transfers the combustion energy from the Power Cell Module (PCM) by way of piston and crankshaft to the flywheel. The PTM can be of several cylinders.

The PCM is similar to an automatic weapon. Aim the automatic weapon at the target, pull the trigger, the bullet hits the target, the shooter aims at the next target, pulls the trigger hits the target again. The PCM does the same, instead of shooting bullets, it releases combustion to what cylinder it is told to by the computer. Anyone who has fired a heavy rifle or firearm knows about recoil or kickback of firearms. The recoil or percussion energy and heat energy available from the PCM is fed back to the Alternate Power Module (APM) for further usage. The PCM is the middle module in the operation.

The Alternate Power Module is first in line and is responsible for supplying the fuel, air and electric to the PCM.

As a backyard engine developer, and to test the theory and principal of compressed air and external combustion, a crude scrap yard, Wal-Mart duct tape version of a CAFEC Engine was fabricated. The PTM was an older 2-cycle lawn mower engine, strip down, the PCM was screwed together or welded. No APM was setup, compressed air and electric came from outside source, engine worked the first try.

View this 1 minute video, of this engine, nicknamed Mr Scrap, take notices of how quickly Mr Scrap jumps to life once the control valve is open. This kind of engine performance, is welcoming. A vehicle engine could be stopped waiting for green lights rather than idling and using fuel while waiting.
